Meet Jane Lutz:

Jane started on the clinical side of healthcare, and later evolved into the administrative side which included troubleshooting AR, billing, compliance, and contract matters for group practices. When she realized that all the above issues started for the most part at the initial stages of credentialing and enrollment of practitioners and facilities, she became an expert in assisting practitioners and facilities to get it right the first time – period.

Before committing full-time to Lutz Solutions, Jane oversaw credentialing, payer enrollment, and licensure at Charlotte Radiology and US Radiology Specialists for over 15 years. In this role, she assisted with the accreditation process and handled credentialing related compliance matters for all government and commercials payers for individual practitioners, physician groups, and facilities. She also excels at troubleshooting billing issues related to credentialing and enrollment, having successfully recovered millions of dollars of unpaid revenue.

Jane is a member of the CMS PECOS Task Force, CMS Compliance Focus Group, North Carolina Medical Group Mangers (NCMGMA) Medicare, Medicaid and BCBS committees. She is past president of both NCMGMA and Charlotte Area Medical Group Managers (CAMGM, now Metrolina Medical Group Management Association).

On a personal note, Jane is married and has two adult children. She’s a dedicated member of Siler Presbyterian Church, where she has served as Elder and Property Deacon, and has participated in various committees. Outside of her professional and church commitments, Jane cherishes family time, enjoys watching both college and professional football, participates in Bible studies, reads, golfs, and loves beach outings.
